Attention: Lengthy post because we only have 1 class day together this week! We will be starting the lesson off with reviewing some of the properties of water and highlighting the IB requirements which consist of comparing the physical properties of water and methane due to waters polarity and methanes lack thereof. Following that - students will get their first assessment back, we will discuss the grading policies, as well as the initial feedback. Then: 2.1 Molecules to Metabolism (Carbon Macromolecules) Water Problem Set (KEY will be posted) - work in pairs, its a challenge! Due 11/13 Urea & Vitalism (Reading and post to Padlet) Due 11/13 HW: 2.1 & 2.2 Study Guide Water Problem Set and Urea & Vitalism are both homework to be completed by 11/13 as well as keeping up on the study guides!
